The design of a large-scale public multipurpose center is set on a clearing on a slope behind the Soča Hotel in Rogaška Slatina. This subterranean complex preserves the quality of natural and historic built fabric and adds new residential options at the same time. It seeks to determine the manner in which it is possible to include a new building in a historical environment based on subterranean architecture and explores new dimensions of underground living.
